• All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 5PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• We currently ship to U.S. only.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

• If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
