Appointments and Services

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Advance Notice Required: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Late Cancellations: If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged.

• Multiple Late Cancellations: Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

 

No-Show Policy

• Full Charge for No-Shows: Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full cost of the service.

• Rebooking After a No-Show: A deposit may be required for patients rebooking after a no-show.

 

Satisfaction with Services

• Post-Service Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your treatment, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours. While we do not offer refunds for services rendered, we will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a follow-up appointment or alternative solutions.

 

Prepaid Packages and Memberships

 

Prepaid Packages

• No Refunds for Prepaid Sessions: Prepaid packages are non-refundable.

• Transfer Policy: Unused sessions may be transferred to another individual with prior written approval from our office. Please contact us to initiate the transfer process.

• Expiration of Packages: Prepaid sessions must be used within the 1 year period. Extensions may be granted at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

Gift Cards

 

Final Sale Policy

• All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

• Gift cards may be redeemed for services or products offered at our location.

 

Transferability

• Gift cards may be transferred to another individual. If you would like to transfer your gift card, please contact our office to update the information associated with the card.

 

Expiration

​

• Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

 

Product Returns

 

Eligibility for Returns

• Returnable Products: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase. A valid receipt is required for all returns.

• Non-Returnable Products: Opened or used items, clearance products, and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds for Returned Products
