Living Libations Seabuckthorn Best Skin Ever Balm is our favorite all in one, cleanser, exfoliator and moisturizer in a balm form. It softens slightly on warm fingertips into a silky cleanser that wipes makeup, daily dirt and environmental exposures.

To Use: Simply smooth on with fingertips to cleanser and exfoliate and wipe off with a slightly damp soft cloth or cotton round. No need to rinse. If you prefer to rinse, this balm dissolves beautifully when mixed with water.
